Vivo para Correr

É muito comum em meus treinos eu me emocionar. Não sei se isto ocorre com outras pessoas, mas comigo é muito comum. Se alguém acredita que a corrida é um esporte solitário na verdade não sabe o que é a imaginação dos corredores enquanto praticam a corrida. No meu caso minha cabeça fervilha. Vai a mil mesmo. Eu imagino de tudo, muitas linhas de chagadas. Mas o mais freqüente é o pensamento nas minhas filha e esposa. Hoje quase chorei enquanto fazia a primeira parte do meu treino. Praticar qualquer atividade extra ao trabalho de forma regular não é fácil. É preciso muito entendimento, muita negociação. Conversa!
Mas quando hoje tocou no meu IPod a música "Run" da banda Snow Patrol eu fiquei realmente emocionado. Segue logo abaixo o vídeo e a letra da música.
